A note from London

Well, I'm in London for the time being (until Monday). I'm such a bad tourist. I care nothing for seeing all the required sites, and when I do go, I only take pictures of interesting people and completely ignore the famous attraction. I have failed the Tourism gods.

Well, I had boba (bubble tea) today. It was an amazing experience that brought me back to my travels of last summer. I've also had Chinese food twice since being in London.

I don't have a whole lot to say. I've taken 14 rolls of film so far for my fine art photography class. I can't wait to develop, but I am dreading paying for it.

I'm going to work at Camp Eagle for two weeks or so doing media stuff upon return to the states. It should be an interesting and enjoyable experience. I hope.

I've gotten really good at lighting interviews....

I wish I had something interesting to say, unfortunately....

Leave me a comment, because that would make me happy.

Oh, and you should all put pictures of yourselves online. I keep talking about you to Pam and she has no idea who you are. Facebook isn't working and if she still doesn't have faces for names in two weeks it's going to be really annoying. Of course, I know none of you will actually do that. I am slightly realistic.

I am jealous of your fun time overseas. And I'm stuck here in Kansas, listening to our cat (who sounds strangely like a human child) whine over and over again.

Here is a comment for your ego. That doesn't invalidate my sincerity, does it?

Hope things are still going well. Don't feel guilty about the absence of that tourist sentiment.

My picture is online, but, of course, I wouldn't expect you to be telling stories about me all the time.

Platonic appreciation,

David

RAR!
I MISS YOU!!!

Why don't you ever call your sister, the love of your young life? JUST WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH YOU???

I keep calling your cell and leaving messages that I know you won't get until you arrive home, and now I feel silly because your phone is in the same house as I am...

Oh, and I agree with David. When I was in London, I didn't want to do all the tourist stuff. I wanted to go to clubs and hang out in parks and meet cool British people.

Mm...well, I am being dragged away to celebrate something we have here in the states called "Independence Day" (Bah, silly little holiday), and apparently it's very important that I get ready right now. So...have a lovely time...
and..umm...enjoy your summer...since I'm NEVER EVER going to see you...

I love you.
