To Ireland I Go
Well, it's 11:31 and I should really go to bed. I'm getting up around 5:45 tomorrow to head to the airport. Luckily, I'll have many an hour aboard a plane to catch up on my lost sleep.
Today I managed to pack a suitcase 1/3 full of clothes and 2/3 full of books, shower stuff, and food. It's amazing how few clothes and how much junk I'm bringing (all the junk is required). I hope I'm warm enough.
I just made a Father's Day card from scratch, including the envelope. Yay for me. I had a good bit of fun.
Well, since I won't be around for six weeks:
Matt - I hope your time in Italy was grand and magical.
David - I wish you good travels and intellectual stimulation.
Erin - may you have the best internship known to man.
Cade - I hope your trips were fun, enjoyable, and relaxing. Perhaps I will have the pleasure of seeing you on my return.
Am - Good luck with all the crazy girls. Avoid vomit and vacuums at all costs.
Emily - I wish you many bonding moments, wisdom, and fun during your camp experience.
Caryn and Nicole - I will see you tomorrow.
Brian - May your summer be filled with excitement, an interesting job, and many, many creatures. You and the creatures will really get along.
Karli and Evie - I don't know if you read this, but may your summers be grand.
I hope I haven't forgotten anyone...
Yes, I am a dork. I accept my fate. Goodbye for a bit!
